FREE SHIPPING
- We offer standard FREE shipping on all orders over $65 CAD in Canada and US.
- Orders under $65 CAD will be charged a flat rate of $12 CAD within Canada and $20 USD for US orders.
- For international orders, we charge a flat shipping fee based on the region. All rates are in CAD as follows: Europe - $30, South/Central America - $35, Asia - $45, Africa - $50. All international orders are shipped with DHL and takes 5 - 8 business days for delivery.
SHIPPING TIME
- For in stock items, once you have placed an order please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing
- For orders within Canada, please allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery depending on your location.
- For US orders, please allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery depending on your location.
- During holiday seasons processing time and delivery time maybe delayed by 2 - 4 business days.
- For international orders please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery.

- Once your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
- For Canada and US orders we ship with Canada post, Fedex, UPS and DHL
- For International orders we ship with DHL
CUSTOM CHARGES AND IMPORT DUTIES
- For international orders, import duties, taxes and custom clearance charges may occur, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, for further information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.
