Exchange & Refund
At CLEO & Co we will make every effort to ensure you have a great experience. All of our products are made with quality, comfort and functionality in mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange within 30 days from your order date.
REFUND POLICY
- We will refund the purchase amount (less any shipping and /or gift packaging charges if any) provided that the items are unworn, unused, and undamaged together with your proof of payment in the original CLEO & Co packaging.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
- In the event where we have sent you the incorrect item, the shipping cost is on us.
- Final sale on all Gift Cards, sales items, and items purchased with shop credit.
REFUND PROCESS
- Please email us at info@cleoandco.ca to start the refund process.
- Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the items. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment less any shipping, gift packaging charges if any.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
If for any reason you have changed your mind and would like to have an exchange of the item you have purchased, we are here to help
- Please email us at info@cleoandco.ca to start the exchange process.
- Mail back the item you would like to exchange for in an unworn, unused, undamaged condition in the original packaging with a proof of payment. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
- Upon receipt of the exchange we will inspect for signs of wear or damage. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the items. New items will be mailed out and you are responsible for the shipping charges.
- In the event where we have sent you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for both shipping charges.
